THRYD is an online marketplace. Independent labels (“Labels”) list and sell their own products on the Platform. When you buy a product, your contract of sale is with the Label that sells it, the Label is the seller, and THRYD facilitates the listing, payment, and order support as an intermediary.

Each product page shows who is selling it and the product’s country of origin. Labels are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, and for the quality, authenticity, safety and legal compliance of what they sell.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to buy on the Platform. Keep your login credentials secure, you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

You can delete your account at any time, see data deletion.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown as set by the Label, including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any delivery or other charges are shown before you pay.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. THRYD does not store your card or bank details. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully authorised; we or the Label may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or mispriced), in which case any amount charged is refunded in full.

Discounts shown as a struck-through price compare against the Label’s own list price for that product.

Labels ship orders directly. Each product page shows the Label’s dispatch window; some products are made to order and take longer. Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on the courier and your location. You’ll get updates by email as your order moves.

Cancellation: you can cancel an order yourself within 30 minutes of payment, as long as nothing in it has shipped. After that, contact us and we’ll work it out with the Label.

Returns & exchanges: each Label sets its own return and exchange policy, the exact terms (window, conditions, who pays return shipping, and any non-returnable categories) are shown on every product page before you buy, and that policy applies to your order.

Defective, damaged or wrong items: whatever the Label’s return policy, you can report a defective, damaged or incorrect item for at least 2 days after delivery, from your order page.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once a cancellation or return is approved. Bank processing times vary, typically 5–7 business days.

Virtual try-on, the stylist and other AI features generate visual approximations to help you decide. They are not exact representations of fit, colour or fabric, always check the size guide and product details. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

✦ post or upload anything unlawful, infringing, obscene, defamatory, harassing, or that belongs to someone else;

✦ impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity;

✦ scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or interfere with the Platform or its security;

✦ place fraudulent orders or abuse returns, refunds or promotions;

✦ violate any law in force in India.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The THRYD name, logo and Platform design belong to THRYD. Product photos, designs and brand assets belong to the Labels that supply them. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

If you believe something on the Platform infringes your copyright, trademark or design, or is counterfeit, write to our Grievance Officer at privacy@thryd.co with: your contact details; the work or right you own; the link(s) to the listing; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act for them.

We’ll acknowledge within 24 hours, may disable the listing while we look into it, and will resolve the complaint within 15 days. Labels that repeatedly infringe are removed.

The Platform is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, THRYD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above will change, and significant changes will be notified on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights to approach a consumer commission, courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
